The international conference "Ways to Green Infrastructures – Today and tomorrow" will take place on 20 & 21 October 2016, in Zaragoza, Spain. The event is a unique opportunity to learn about the state of the art and the way green infrastructure is heading in Spain and Europe.

The meeting will involve professionals of renowned international acclaim from different fields of work, who will be presenting success stories, techniques and strategies with the aim of creating more sustainable urban environments. In doing so, “Heading Towards Green Infrastructure – Present and Future” will become one of few Spanish forums to discuss the progress of green infrastructure from a global and multi-discipline standpoint.

Its mission is to foster an exchange of ideas and experiences, as well as encouraging the sector's players and society as a whole to get involved. With this in mind, a series of roundtables have been organised, where attendants can pose questions, put forward ideas and voice their opinions.

The meeting is organised by Zaragoza City Council through the Life project Zaragoza Natural, which the city is taking part in.
